I would love to hear if anyone has rescued this dog and other abandoned pets. Thanks for not forgetting to tell the animal's story, too.
Does anyone know if there has been a pet shelter area designated in Lake Charles? I am a Lake Charles native and a veterinarian, and I will be coming home as a Red Cross volunteer. I would be grateful for some info on pet rescue locations so I volunteer there if medical services are needed.
This is disgusting! People should no better than to leave there pets in the middle of a hurricane. This type of thing makes mankind look very bad!
