Almost all of the trees surrounding Our Lady Queen of Heaven Church, off Lake Street, are either snapped or down. Most have toppled toward the west.

Thanks for posting this informtation. All of the evacuees in North Louisiana have no other way to get information about Lake Charles. The national stations are not reporting it and the local ones are only reporting N.Louisiana information. Please keep posting!

Please post information concerning Beauregard Parish. People in North Louisiana are getting mixed information and not sure when it's safe to return.
