Evacuating by bus

Lake Charles residents await to board a charter bus bound for Alexandria at midday today. People who did not have the means to evacuate were brought to the Lake Charles Civic Center, where buses evacuated them to shelters in Alexandria, Shreveport and oher cities to the north.
